To bring after-sales services and genuine parts closer to customers, ISUZU Vietnam officially introduces its QSC model and launches the ISUZU Hong An – Gia Lai QSC — the first facility in its network to adopt this model.
The QSC Model – Improving Access to Authorized ISUZU Services
ISUZU Vietnam developed this model to make after-sales services and genuine parts more accessible to customers, particularly those in areas far from existing service locations.
Within the model’s service scope, QSCs focus on routine vehicle care needs, including periodic maintenance, vehicle condition checks, minor/quick repairs and commonly used parts. This helps customers address these everyday needs more conveniently without having to travel long distances to 2S/3S workshops.

QSCs are built to a consistent set of ISUZU standards for facilities, equipment, personnel and operating procedures. Service areas are arranged to support the process from vehicle reception and consultation through to service delivery.
– Vehicle Reception Area and Customer Lounge: A clean, well-ventilated environment with a streamlined vehicle reception process and a comfortable waiting area for customers.
– Maintenance and quick repair area: Provides periodic maintenance and minor/quick repairs within the QSC service scope.
– Parts Warehouse: Stocks commonly used genuine parts to meet routine service needs within the QSC service scope.
Launch of the ISUZU Hong An – Gia Lai QSC
The ISUZU Hong An – Gia Lai QSC, operated by the ISUZU Hong An Dealer, provides quick maintenance, minor/quick repairs and genuine parts for customers in Gia Lai and surrounding areas.
Located at 372 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Hoi Phu Ward, Gia Lai Province, the ISUZU Hong An – Gia Lai QSC covers a total area of 820 m². The facility includes a service workshop of over 500 m², a parts warehouse and equipment to carry out work within the QSC service scope.

In addition, the vehicle reception and customer waiting areas are equipped to provide comfort and convenience while customers use the facility’s services.

The QSC also provides a dedicated room where customers can rest comfortably while their vehicles are being serviced or repaired.

The opening of the ISUZU Hong An – Gia Lai QSC helps bring authorized services closer to customers.
